Enteleqy, Inc. is a management and technology consultancy company focused on providing advisory and implementation services to small and medium businesses.  We work with our customers from concept through execution.  Unlike most management consulting firms, we first work closely with our clients to devise strategies / roadmaps and then to turn concept into reality and realize the joint vision. 

While we offer implementation services and have successfully deployed a wide array of technologies, we are not solely focused on implementation of specific technologies, as there is a plethora of companies that specialize in specific technology implementation, whom we can readily partner with if / as needed.

It is our belief that a singular focus on strategy without involvement in execution leads to roadmaps that falter at every stage.  A collection of individual initiatives without a coherent strategy that drives them dilutes the effectiveness of the initiatives and diminishes the results they would have otherwise achieved.  Our two pronged partnership with our customers that spans both is what makes our customers, and hence us, successful.  At the same time, we respect our clients’ preferences and, if needed, can engage on solely advisory or implementation assignments through direct or sub-contracted arrangements.
